Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our personalized molding kits, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item where the outer security seal has been broken or tampered with.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your kit is completely unopened with the original plastic shrink-wrap intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed item in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
